In class we have been learning how to order at a fast food restaurant and next week you will have the opportunity to do it in real life. For this blog, I would like you to write about your favorite restaurant (preferably NOT a fast food restaurant). Below is my paragraph of one of my favorite restaurants.
Sample paragraph:
One of my favorite restaurants is El Paladar located in Yauco Plaza II. When I first started to go here, I would usually order biftecfongo which is mashed plantain stuffed with pieces of steak. However, one day I went with my coworkers and one of my best friends told me to try the skirt steak (churrasco). It was delicious!! It's served with a mushroom sauce. Although, I don't eat the mushrooms, the sauce is very good. Now this is what I always order. So when the waitress comes with the menu, I tell her I already know what I want....skirt steak with fried plantains and salad. So if you want to eat some scrumptious skirt steak, this is the place to go.
TASK: Write a short paragraph (5-7 sentences) about your favorite restaurant. Include name, location, and at least one dish you recommend.

ReplyDeletePampas is my favorite restaurant in the Emporium building is on the second floor. It is in the town Mayaguez. It is a romantic restaurant and sells all kinds of seafood. My favorite dish is mofongo stuffed with shrimp. Recommend you try their specialty that is filled seafood mofongo. Also love this restaurant because my husband play me serenade a Mother's Day.

ReplyDeleteQlantro is my favorite restaurant. It is located in Yauco. My favorite food is Mofongo with chicken. The restaurant offers different dessert. My favorite dessert is the cheesecake with ice cream. I recommended because it is a friendly atmosphere.
My favorite restaurant is Pizza Hut. It is located in different parts of the island, at least in the principal towns like Yauco, Ponce, Mayaguez, Coamo, San Juan, etc. I started to visit Pizza Hut when I was very young. I love to eat cheese sticks (Palitroques) and the cheese pizza. While I was growing up I was tasting different things, like for example lassagna and suppreme pizza. I like it a lot. Now they created a new pizza with lassagna and pizza together. For me this is the best thing they have done. If you want to taste a delicious pizza, try this new pizza in Pizza Hut, I strongly recommend it.
